    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

    Hello Mike, No, it's NOT a bug! That's how it works ... Anything on that IP just works ... Eg, if you pointed a domain name domain.com to your iP but the domain name didn't exist on your server, opening your domain name in the browser would still show your website which is defined as default...
