On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I just finished a server migration, migrating subscriptions on the old server from Plesk 11, to a clean Plesk 12 install on the new server. One of the things I was most excited about was the potential for pigz to reduce the high server loads for my overnight backups. I'm getting the opposite...
I'm running several servers with Plesk 12 and CentOS 6.5, and it's been a good, stable solution for me. I'm getting ready to deploy some upgraded hardware, and I am trying to decide whether or not to use Centos 6.6 or Centos 7.
Interested in hearing from folks about how their Plesk + CentOS 7...
I migrated several Plesk 11 for Windows domains to a Plesk 12 for Windows server Web Admin edition.
One of the inboxes had a 100MB limit in the mail accounts area, and that appears to be subscription related, but I cannot edit the subscription on the Web Admin edition, so I cannot seem to...
I ran the Linux script from this article to patch for the POODLE vulnerability:

After that patch, my automatic updates fail (log shown below).

Igor, I was able to install the 64 bit of the aspell-en package, reset my configuraton to use aspell instead of hunspell, and all is working now.
Thank you for the tips!
Igor, thanks for the follow up. That got me part of the way there; hunspell was already installed and configured, and I have changed the config file to use hunspell, which it is now doing.

I have a relatively new, clean install of Plesk 11.0.9 on CentOS 6.3 (Final), and i have just finished migrating domains to it from two older Plesk Linux servers.
One of my customers is reporting that spell checking doesn't work in Horde. After some poking around, I found that the aspell...
I was patched on one server, unpatched on another. Both were penetrated. After patching the second server, then changing the client account passwords, the Plesk logs show the exploits are failing at the control panel login.
I'm also using corncrake's script via cron for monitoring the...
Still no solution
This problem is driving me up a tree. It's actually worse than before, because in addition to complete failures, some clients report that old, previously deleted autoresponders are sent.
I am at my wits end on this.
Anyone?
Michael, sorry you are having the same problem as me, but glad to hear another voice in the wilderness.
Does Parallels not care about supporting critical lapses in functionality for it's products? The lack of responsiveness is disheartening.
Hello all.
I first experienced this problem with Plesk for Windows 8.2. When setting up autoresponders in the Plesk control panel, nothing happened. No auto response was sent. I got in the habit of using the Mailenable console interface to set up auto responses for a couple of clients...

Got the rpm installed and have access to the firewall.
Many thanks for the help provided here.
Thanks. Found the Updater. Nice feature, but, if fails, whether I try to install the Firewall module or everytyhing that's available for update, I get:

Here's what it looks like in my weekly cron job:

You can modify the above to include a client ID list file., which is what I do for my nightly backup.

I've got a couple of Plesk 7.5.2/CentOS boxes that came with the firewall module already available.
I just took delivery on a Plesk 7.5.4/Red Hat Enterprise 3 box, and the firewall module (nor any other modules) are shown.
Is this an error or some sort of licensing change? How do I get...
