Thanks for your reply, DenisG. I handle backups for my clients and do this per domain, in addition to a full server backup. So from my Admin login I create an FTP backup to another server. Clients do not have access to backups.

I would add that this was not an issue on Onyx. Additionally, backing up to separate directories on the same remote server still causes the problem described by Rasp. In my case it's a problem with some domains but not others (all backed up to same remote server).

When people send plain text email messages to a Horde recipient it shows up in the Horde inbox as an attached text file. No text appears in the body of the email. The user then has to click to download the text file. This does not happen with HTML emails. Any idea what might be happening here?

Thanks Igor! I had a look at the link you provided. I will export contacts from each Horde account. However, I don't want to mess around with moving the Horde database. Will the emails currently in folders just get dumped into the inbox?

I'm starting a migration from Onyx to Onyx and as I understand it, any folders a user has added in Horde will not get transferred. And also they lose all their contacts on transfer. Is there a work-around where I can export/import or copy files from one server to another?

Yes. I see that incoming mail is checked by drweb in the maillog. For example: "scan: the message(drweb.tmp.B4D1pH) sent by [email protected] is passed PASS during call 'drweb' handler" So it seems it IS working, but not generating a log file, and not sending email notifications.
