I have resolved this. I will post the cause later, it may help others. For the record, the cause was NOT by latest update #80, it was something I did, but I would argue that the error messages don't help getting to the root cause. Will post more later.

I have tried all the plesk repair web options. Configuration checking options says nothing is wrong, but Apache refuses to start.

If your PLESK server it hosted on GCP (and perhaps other Cloud providers) you cannot run a mail server of your PLESK server. GCP does not permit you to run mail servers on their VMs. Could this be the reason?

Note that the extension only works in automated mode, for certain DNS zone providers. It does not work, for example, with domains where GoDaddy run the nameservers, you have to update the DNS entry manually.

Are they waiting long enough? PLESK goes away (which ever option you choose) and builds a single compressed file before it puts up a dialog to the user for where they want to store it. Given, as you say, this is a large backup, that might take some time.

I don't think there is. But even if there were note that for the examples you gave, max_execution_time and memory_limit can be set in ANY PHP script with an ini_set() function call, and upload_max_size can be set in an .htaccess file in the same folder as the script.

In PLESK I have set the time to GMT and synced with pool.ntp.org. The time being displayed in the GUI is GMT. At command line I have verified date and hwclock. Both are set to GMT. But if I look in the postfix maillog, timestamps are EST. This is also affecting when things run in CRON...

This topic can be closed. Working with my hosting company (who have themselves worked with Parallels support because the PLESK license is theirs, not mine), this has been diagnosed as being caused by the reasons identified by Nikolay. A server rebuild has fixed the problems.

Yes I agree that it would. But I would rather that a spamming blacklist problem is limited to IPs allocated to Reseller and/or Customers for example than server wide for all domains.

The problem is that I want mail to look as though it is coming from the domain (and that domains IP) rather than from the server and the server IP. I don't want all domains to be blacklisted just because one domain starts spamming/gets exploited. In fact you can close this topic. What I need is...
