Question Why should we use multi server?

Maybe I am wrong and that's why I am asking here to make this more clear. We are using WHMCS to sell shared hosting with Plesk Onyx and in near future, we are going to expand and have more new servers. My question here is why should we use a multi-server? Let's start with pricing, if we have...

Issue Real frustation while migrating to new server

Long story: I hope Plesk team will notice this feedback and make a positive change in near future. Because it's going to be easier to change control panel then migrate from Plesk Onyx to Plesk Onyx. We planned migration for our shared hosting on 02/07. Before that, we tried to test migration...

    Question SpamExperts for shared hosting

Greetings, This may be a dumb question, but anyway. If we buy incoming spam filter from SpamExpert and setup extension on shared hosting, will it affect all email boxes, or only our? If not, we have another question. We are starting to resell SpamExpert via WHMCS, do we need to install...

Question Sub accounts for Help Center

The title sums pretty much the whole idea. We are creating around 4-5 tickets per month in help center and it would be awesome to create sub-domain for each team member. Because sharing one password is less secure. Would be much better, if we each team member could have their own account. It...

    Caching: varnish vs nginx

Would be nice to have both options Nginx and Varnish. One of our shared clients wanted today Varnish caching. Found this topic in the end. I think this not so critical, but would be nice to have at some point.

    Resolved Applications and PHP version

Yeah, I understand. It's more about QoL, make our life easier. Or at least it would be nice to get additional information showing then you install the application. Something like "Check your PHP x.x version before installation"

    Resolved Applications and PHP version

Hi, Plesk has an awesome auto installer, BUT there is one annoying issue. We are getting now every month same tickets with this issue. This happens at this moment with OpenCart, but I think it's not the only one with the same issue. Usually, after purchasing hosting, users just add domains and...

Question Plesk Onyx on shared hosting

Greetings, we are using Plesk Onyx for sharing hosting and it's pretty good, but anyway we have one question. Many clients asked us what they can do with git, node.js, ruby and python. What are limits then it's not VPS and you can't log in under root. Is there any point to having this features...

Question Any serious projects using Plesk Onyx?

We are using Plesk for sharing hosting and this features seems at this moment useless. We tried to install Jekyll and Hexo using git, but after that you can't really do anything, if you log in as user in SSH. Its not possible to use commands. Or are we doing something wrong?
