    Question Temporary FTPS access.

I already tried this morning. with "Allow only secure FTPS connections", the FTP connection does not start and the error appears in Filezilla 550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel. in Domain/FTP Account I don't see any option to deactivate only one user.

    Question Temporary FTPS access.

I need to give an external user FTP access to a domain for temporary maintenance. So, I created the user in the domain, but I wish FTPS was used and not FTP. Also I would like to suspend the user when the job is done without having to remove him, so that I can eventually reactivate him later...

Issue Subdomain is not secure with Let's Encrypt

If when creating the Let's Encrypt certificate I assigned the Wildcard SSL/TLS certificate *.domain.tld, why is the subdomain (created after) still considered unsafe? Should a new certificate be created for the subdomain?

Question "Your server is neither Nginx nor Apache"

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I was also thinking of using the second of yours. But the question is whether there could be configuration errors. In fact, thinking about it, the Reverse Proxy should have an impact on traffic coming from outside, but the application (Joomla in this case)...

Resolved With Plesk migration, Roundcube configuration lost.

I thought they were there too, but I can't find them, nor can I find the changes made to the configuration. But I don't want to remember wrong. OK, I'll redo the configuration (hopefully they won't be removed with the first update) Thank you

Resolved With Plesk migration, Roundcube configuration lost.

I wanted to copy the plugins and configuration by hand, but I can't find them even on the old server. Are they lost with updates?

Resolved With Plesk migration, Roundcube configuration lost.

I migrated Plesk from one Ubuntu server to another Ubuntu server using Plesk Migrator. It didn't copy the Roundcube plugins and configuration. Shouldn't they be under /usr/share/psa-roundcube ? Because I can't find them and neither on the old server.

The Jail for SSH port 22 I would like to keep in case I need to use this port (which is currently closed by the firewall).

Question Create a Jails Fail2ban for SSH with a different port.

Access via SSH has been configured with a different port than 22. How can I create a Fail2ban Jail to monitor it? Can I copy the one for SSH and edit it?

    Question Access with another user

With Plesk upgrade appeared a message to use admin to login, but there is no admin user. Instead I want to use another user, already present in Linux, to be able to disable access to Plesk with root. Already for SSH I disabled root access and configured to use a key. Can I use this user? And...

@Peter Debik Perhaps it was enough to restart the two servers because now both are marked safe. Thanks for the support.

Resolved How to assign Let's Encrypt certificate to two servers?

@Peter Debik The second server still belongs to the same domain, but on this one there are other domains used for other websites. So I only went in Tools & Settings - SSL/TLS Certificate - Certificate for securing Plesk but even in this server the padlock does not appear.

Resolved How to assign Let's Encrypt certificate to two servers?

I didn't understand what I should do. I also don't understand a second thing, if I enter a TXT recort aren't we already doing a DNS-01 Challenge? Even considering only one server, assigning a certificate in the domain, shouldn't it already be valid for the server too, since that domain is used...

Resolved How to assign Let's Encrypt certificate to two servers?

In the DNS of the DOMAIN.TLD domain, two A records have been created with the name SERVER1 and SERVER2, associated with two different IP addresses. In "Tools & Settings - General Settings" the servers have the full hostname SERVER1.DOMAIN.TLD and SERVER2.DOMAIN.TLD" On SERVER1 there is also...
