seems that the Advanced Monitoring/Health Monitor reports an alert, in your case it seems the memory was used more then the threshold is configured therefor go to your Plesk panel and check your config

in your scenario with external service, why not accept only the IP/range from the external mailfilters and block the others for example with an firewall rule?
