I started receiving this warning on all server domains. Through Let's Encrypt require a new certificate, but the error continues. Is there any solution to solve this problem without going through SSH access. Can I solve it through the Plesk panel?

Not a problem at all. You can disable the warning and ignore it, e.g. by modifying /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf to read "LogLevel warn ssl:error" instead of "LogLevel warn". This suppresses the useless server certificate warning.
