Do swsoft provide a 1 domain's licence ?

I got a 1 domain licence from a french DC, or do they just install the trial version ?

in such case the Plesk license is simply missing. Most likely ISP forgot to install it.

You're right: when Plesk license is missing you're only able to manage 1 customer, 1 domain and 1 mailbox.
