10.2.0 New Micro update | What is it about?

Today I found that there is an update that includes:

Base packages of Plesk
Different mailservers: Postfix mailserver
Additional mail services (1 of 1 selected)
Mailman mailing list manager support

What exactly is this about?

I'm already on 10.2.0

Thank u..but nothing mentioned postfix..why does it need to update it?

# rpm -q postfix
postfix-2.3.3-2.2.el5_6

As you can see there is OS vendor's postfix but not Parallels.
It can be updated be vendor due to http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/47778/info for example.
