  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

10.4.4. Backup Upload won't work

Hey there,

I have Plesk Panel 10.4.4. on a Suse 12.1, 64Bit.
I crashed my System some days ago, but I made and downloaded a Backup-File before. Now im trying to apply it to the new Version. I go "Tools & Settings" > "Backup-Management" > "Upload Files to Server Repository" and upload it. But when the upload is finished, the Backup-File is nowhere to be found.

I made the Backup-File with the Plesk Panel Version 9.5 on Suse 11.1, 64Bit.

I get no Error Message or any kind of hint what the Problem is. It just goes back to the Backup-Management screen.

Thanks for Help, Tina

I think there can be issue with php settings - max upload file size & post max file size. How big is your file?

The Backup-File is ~580MB.. in the Upload Interface is max. upload size of 2GB set.

No other ideas? I'm still stuck with this problem.

I tried to upload the Backup-File somewhere else and then give the URL to the Upload-Field but it wouldn't work. Is there another way to upload a Backup-File?
