10.4.4 - The new PHP-Settings-feature writes wrong values to php.ini

According to developers initial issue was not reproduced on Plesk 11.0.9 CentOS 5 110120608.16 MU#16 nor on Plesk 10.4.4 CentOS 6 1013111102.18 MU#43.
