100 Domain Licensing

I see on the plesk page 2 types a 100 domain and unlimited, however when i go to the store all i see is unlimited... how do i but the 100 domain version?

Hi, Parallels sells only Unlimited licenses in retail. Cheaper 100 domain licenses are available for Parallels partners - you can become a partner, or can purchase from other partners.

I am already a member, what lvl do i need to be to offer this license?
