I can not use it as anonymous ftp in plesk version 17.5

pls. be aware, that without log - entries from your log - files and without depending configuration files, people willing to help you with your issues/errors/problems/questions are only able to guess, what might be the root cause of your issues/errors/problems/question. In most cases, you should as well consider to post as well YOUR current used operating and the YOUR current Plesk version ( incl. #MU ).
