  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved 18.0.55 unable to upgrade to 18.0.55 Update 1

Daveo

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 10.13
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.55
When I go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Updates, the Update Components option is faded out.

I can't update to 18.0.55 Update 1.

Server shows on Home screen...
Version 18.0.55, last updated on Aug 31, 2023 11:21 PM

Clicking Check for Updates, completes really quickly and just updates the last checked date/time underneath...

Check for updates
Checked on Sept 7, 2023 11:50 PM.

Do you have SSH access? Then you could try to run
plesk installer --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components

Thanks for the help, I have now managed to update Plesk to 18.0.55 Update 1.

No idea why the option was faded out in the first place, unless it couldn't see that an update was available.

I will be updating this server to Debian 11.7 as soon as possible, as Debian 12 is not yet supported by Plesk or Immunify360.
