2 buttons not working in Plesk CP!

I am running Plesk 7.5.2 on RH9. I login to the CP as an admin fine. I then click on the Server icon at the left. If I click on the Action Log or Preferences icon I just get a blank page. I tried it on several computers with different browsers so that's not an issue. Anyone know why this is happening?
