2 Contact forms inside a page cause trouble in WPB 12.0.5

Hello,

My colleague is testing the upgrade path from Parallels Web Presence Builder (standalone) from 11.5 to 12.0.5

He found that inside a particular page, if we include two contact forms, and add/delete a field in the 1st form, it will re-apply in the 2nd form too.
It seems it mess up the form finally.

Please kindly have a look/test.
