PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

If you configure remote FTP server storage for any domain that is currently using it and then, something happened to that remote FTP server (Stopped working - Misconfigured - network issues) .. It's going to be a long time if you tried to access Backup Manager (main page) for that domain.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Configure FTP server (System level)
Configure the same FTP server (domain level)

Create 1 backup for each (Optional)

Stop FTP server

Go to backup manager .....

ACTUAL RESULT

You can decrease connection timeout via an option in the panel.ini file

ftpConnectionTimeout = 30
 
I'm aware that the issue is a timeout number

This parameter is not included in the list, may I know why?
