Resolved 32 or 64 bit, how can I find out before upgrade ?

Richard Follett

Basic Pleskian
so I am currently running Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS 6

I have seen the warning and need to upgrade to ONYX.

I have read so much stuff I am a little confused.

Seems I must be on 64bit architecture BUT I cannot seem to confirm this.

I dont have access to SSH.

Is it not easy to find via the plesk dashboard somewhere?

many thanks as always

The Plesk installer will automatically update to compatible version. An update to an incompatible version is not possible.

If the installer recommends this then yes. The installer will not advance 64 bits if it's 32 bits.
