403 Forbidden error messages" when I access my please Control Panel

Hello,
I have recently update from 10.4 to 11 and it was all fine.
then i reinstall the Billing component from plesk 11 and after that i am not able to access my plesk ;
giving 403 Forbidden error messages. but i can access the power-user panel because i remember the link.


facing a lot problem..

i then install the billing component but the same ...
any solution ?

I can not access Server Administrator panel
https://domain.com:8443 ( not accessabel) 403 error.

but i can access :https://domain.com:8443/smb/admin-home
https://securebizserver.com:8443/login_up.php3 ( is accessible) after login its again sowing 403.

Whats wrong ?

Try to repair billing integration with

"%plesk_bin%/billing-integration" --command repair-all

i already remove the billing from plesk component via installer.

Now i setup billing sucessfully
i can access
https://xxxxx.com:8443/plesk-billing/admin/

but still cant access plesk https://xxxxxx.com:8443/ 403 error

It would be very useful if you find any related error messages, etc. in logs.

I get this error on Plesk log under Windows log viewer

'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\\bin\run-all.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Execute file name:

403 error is IIS error. Something is broken in IIS configuration. You can login with /login_up.php3 or /plesk-billing/admin/ but can't without full path as https://domain:8443/
Try to troubleshoot IIS with help of http://kb.parallels.com/en/111289

workaround

This is the way i managed to be able to access the Plesk control panel.

first i loguin using the full path https://x.x.x.x:8443/loguin_up_php3

after this you are authenticated but you get the same error, so just browse to the full path of the homepage

https://x.x.x.x:8443/plesk/admin-panel=home.admin/

and then you are able ti do your stuff.

hope this error is fixed soon.

Yes its Exist there. and a run-all.exe.config was there.
