421 temporary envelope failure (#4.3.0)

We have implemented greylist for our spam protection in Plesk 8.0. For some domains we are receiving error like "421 temporary envelope failure (#4.3.0)". I think this has something to do with qmail-envelope-scanner file. Can anybody help us in solving this issue.
