425 Can't open data connection.

Hi there

I try to access my files in server (Plesk 8.6 for Windows) through filezilla FTP manager,
login normal to account (username/password), but always get this error to open files/directories :

Looks like firewall/router issue..

Any prompt about..?

Make Sure Windows firewall is disabled.

If it hapneing with one domain only then try to reconfigure the domain

Is it really a good idea to disable the firewall?
