451 qq temporary problem (#4.3.0) and Greylist

I have a pretty big problem, I commented:

A few days ago I had to install the server from scratch with tools that give me 1and1, dump plesk server from scratch with 9.0.1 preinstalled. Once the active system had proceeded to upgrade directly to version 9.2.3, which is what I had before the dump.

So far, all right ... immediately returned to restore the entire server configuration (clients, domains, etc.). to its original state. There were no problems (that I know).

My problem came the next day when all my clients have called with problems sending (qmail server) mail.

Verifying grounds for my clients tried to send an email to one of hotmail and gmail giving the following error:

"451 qq temporary problem (# 4.3.0)"

The mail stays in the outbox without doing anything about it.

Some research I discovered that disabling around greylisting in plesk control panel everything was back to normal (or almost).

So far I have come, but now my clients complain that they get spam that spamassasing filters are not capable of filtering.

How can I solve this problem?, Because if the greylistings active again have the same problem.

For there can say that installing the postfix that might solve the problem, but I'm afraid to spoil it further.

Tengo un problema bastante grande, os comento:

Hace unos días tuve que instalar el servidor desde cero con las herramientas que 1and1 me dan, volcado del servidor desde cero con plesk 9.0.1 preinstalado. Una vez que tenía el sistema activo procedí a actualizar directamente a la versión 9.2.3, la cual es la que tenía antes del volcado.

Hasta aquí todo correcto... inmediatamente volví a restaurar toda la configuración del servidor (clientes, dominios, etc.) a su estado original. No hubo problemas (que yo sepa).

Mi problema llegó al día siguiente cuando TODOS mis clientes me han llamado con problemas con el envío de correo.

Verificando lo expuesto por mis clientes intenté enviar un correo a uno de hotmail y gmail dando el siguiente error:

"451 qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)"

El correo queda en la bandeja de salida sin poder hacer nada al respecto.

Investigando un poco por ahí descubrí que desactivando greylisting en el panel de control del plesk todo volvía a la normalidad (o casi).

Hasta aquí he llegado, pero ahora, mis clientes se quejan que les llegan mensajes de spam que los filtros de spamassasing no son capaces de filtrar.

¿Como puedo solventar este problema?, ya que si activo de nuevo las greylistings tengo el mismo problema.

Por ahí comentan que puede que instalando el postfix se podría resolver el problema, pero tengo miedo a estropear esto más todavía.

qq temporary problem, in my experience, is a problem of permissions in
the qmail queue.
Check owner and read/write permissions in queue and deeper subdirs.

mine are: (in /var/qmail/queue )

drwx------ 2 qmails qmail bounce

drwx------ 25 qmailq qmail intd
drwx------ 25 qmails qmail local
drwxr-x--- 2 qmailq qmail lock
drwxr-x--- 25 qmailq qmail mess

But you should check this with other documentation.

And get a copy of old permissions, in case I may be wrong!!
