I am not very expert on the subject I have built an online store with prestashop 8.2.0 and it has started to work very well, but suddenly the server version is updated and apart from there things are not going well. The sitemap does not connect with the server and I don't know how to fix it, sales have fallen and it's not because of the price, the calls too, come on I don't know what's going on with the vps I am looking for help please.

hola buenas mi nombre es Antonio y soy nuevo en un vps. No soy muy esperto en el tema he construido una tienda online con prestashop 8.2.0 y ha comenzado a funcionar muy bien, pero de repente se actualiza la versión del servidor y aparte de hay las cosas no van bien. El sitemap no se conecta con el servidor y no se como solucionarlo, las ventas han caido y no es por el precio, las llamadas tambien, vamos que no se qeu pasa con el vps busco ayuda porfa.
