500 - Internal server error After upgrade 11 to 11.5

CloudyP

New Pleskian
Some of our domains stars to give an error (not all domain just few) (same issue in our 2008 server and 2012 server as well)
500 - Internal server error.
Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions
Config File \\?\C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxxx.com\httpdocs\web.config

Seems like IIS loses permissions. We try to give an permission to domain root folder and also web.config files but does not help.
When we look to the IIS side Test connection fails.
Authorization The path does not exist or environment variables in the path could not be expanded to verify whether it exists.

maybe we need to think again for upgrades.

Have you tried

cd %plesk_bin%
websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

? BTW, 11.5 is not officially released yet.

your way did not work.

I tried to switch off dedicated application pool. Web page start to work and the Authorization error fixed.
But after few hours same issue happened.
Also we click update section in our plesk panels. There is no warning if its non stable release nor beta. Plesk Panel also suggest us to upgrade lastest verison.
So we understand you have 2 meaning of release. first offfical release, second plesk panel suggesting release. Maybe you will have The REAL official release and The REAL STABLE TRUSTED OFFICIAL RELEASE in future who knows.
