Issue 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

Today all 5 websites on my dedicated server was showing Error 500 Internal Server Error for about 5 minutes after that everything went back to normal!, I looked into website logs to find out what is happening I found this error:

2020-10-25 22:27:18	Error	141.101.77.103	[alert] 230717#0: *1448219 socket() failed (24: Too many open files) while connecting to upstream
2020-10-25 22:27:18	Error	172.69.202.33	[alert] 230717#0: *1448221 socket() failed (24: Too many open files) while connecting to upstream
2020-10-25 22:27:19	Error	172.69.100.157	[crit] 230717#0: *1448224 open() "/var/lib/nginx/proxy/4/55/0000055554" failed (24: Too many open files) while reading upstream

OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Plesk Obsidian: Version 18.0.30

what should I do to prevent this happening again? i will appreciate any help
