I'm having exactly he same error after a server restart on 22nd April...

I have the same error con my windows server, and i can`t find how to solve it, PLESK HELP US!!!!

The Server Error 500 Plesk\Exception\Database error indicates a database issue, but other then that it's an very generic error. It could be a full disk, wrong database server configuration or a corrupted database. You'll have search trough the log files for more details on the issue.

Unfortunately, if you have a plesk license that has been purchased through a reseller (your hosting company) you can't access the support ticket system....
