502 bad gateway

mGraph

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have problems with the configuration of a subdomain regularly sends error 502 bad gateway, but I do not have that problem on the primary domain www.mydomaine.com

OS: Windows Server 2012
Plesk version: 12.0.18 Update No. 43

the domain is configured in actuelement www.gandi.net, here's the setup:

Domain: sudomaine.mydomaine.com
Type: A
Value: IP of my server
DNS:
a.dns.gandi.net
b.dns.gandi.net
c.dns.gandi.net

Is that my setup is good?
Should I set my dns otherwise?

Thank you for your help

Why do you think that this 502 error is related to DNS settings? I think that there is something wrong with IIS settings. Try to troubleshoot it with logs investigation. This article may help - http://kb.odin.com/111289

Here's a good article that shows you how to troubleshoot that error:

http://www.iis.net/learn/extensions...est-routing/troubleshooting-502-errors-in-arr

and a really good article that explains the error and some other troubleshooting steps:

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/502error.htm

and some more articles about turning on tracing:

Most of the time the error 502 is outside of your control and nothing to do with the server itself. If you haven't restarted the server yet, I'd try doing that first.
