I'm trying to update Plesk 7.5.2 to 7.5.5 on Win2003 using the available patch. Unfortunately the update fails regarding DrWeb. Starting service DrWeb fails. I removed DrWeb about 4 weeks ago. I don't know why the patch is trying to start DrWeb.
The use of the "Retry" button is senseless and the usage of the "No" button results in a "Rolling Back action".
So I'm trapped at the moment.
Why is the patch trying to start this service ?
