7.5.3 to 7.5.4

I've upgraded 2 box running plesk from 7.5.3 to 7.5.4. But with one i get the following error when i access any domain

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_LNUMBER in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.MailListManager.php(107) : eval()'d code on line 1

I'm running mailenable pro ver 1.6

PHP parse error...
the admin file must be corupt, try backing up your domains etc, and rerunning the installation from scratch then importing your backup.

Ok thanks, but would there be a easier fix like replacing a file?
