8.6 Stats Error Code

I am running Plesk 8.6 on a fresh install of Windows Server 2003 with SP2.

I am getting the following error when statistics.exe runs at night:

User: servername\Plesk Administrator
Running task: C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe
Started: Thu Oct 16 04:24:02 2008
Ended with code -1073741811: Thu Oct 16 04:25:03 2008


Any ideas?

Did you install latest 8.6.0.4 update?

I don't believe so. I will contract JodoHost and see if they installed it or not when they set up my server.

Do I need to start with 8.6.0.1 or can I just install 8.6.0.4?

It is enough to install 8.6.0.4.

Usually Plesk updates for Windows is a cumulative.

Is there a way to get stats working without doing the update? I have had Plesk crash on me in the past when doing the updates, then it takes another several weeks to fix.
