• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hello guys,

It's Done, dont find a option to erase the thread

Since few days, I tried to setup an Ubuntu 12.04 Server. At this Moment i was new to Parallel Plesk and dont know much about.
I really failed to backup the old Plesk (9.5.4) in a OpenSuse Server.

At the beginning i had zip all the folders of Plesk 9.5.4. including psa db and qmail
Now, after clear the Server and Setup Ubuntu, I've installed Plesk 11.5.30 and downloaded my archive from ftp backup with Plesk 9.5.4.
Only Installed all used Components in the new Plesk.

My Question is, can i restore much of the data, like mailboxes and domains, manually?
Tried already different things.
Already saw, for example it's not enough to copy the /var/qmail in the new folder it seems, maybe there are missing the domains or something from the psa database?

It's really necessary to restore the data, so if someone knows a solution or have an idea or needs more information to help, i'm waiting.
