Hi guys,

I have a huge problem.

Whenver is try to reset the ftp password for any domain, i get 'access denied' error in 90% cases after the reset.

I resolve this by doing the work aroung suggested in the forums.

But this is getting too much as its creating problems for a my clients. It happens 90% of the time. Is there a permanent way to get this fixed....may be some patches by the swsoft.

Somebody please advice
 
Contact with Plesk support - they will send fix to you . ... i've tried two times to attach this fix to forum, but it does not works =((
 
Does it have any odd side effects...i mean .is it buggy in any manner ..???
 
You should install the "http://download1.sw-soft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/plesk7.5.4_update050907.19.msp" hotfix. For more information about the hotfix read the "http://download1.sw-soft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/plesk7.5.4_update050907.19.txt" page.
