  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Access from dynamic IP (Mobile)

CobraArbok

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.54 Update #3
I set the static IP of my office in Tools & Settings/IP Access Restriction Management.
But I often travel for work and still need access to Plesk, but my ISP assigns my smartphone a dynamic IP.
Also Plesk Mobile doesn't work when I'm out of the office.

How can I always log in from Plesk, always securely?
I could use a VPN or Guacamole, but I would always have to install the "server" service on Plesk.

Has anyone already solved the problem and can give me some suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
