"Access is Denied" during Plesk backups

When my daily backup is running, we are seeing "Access is Denied" errors when trying to login, create accounts, change settings, etc in Plesk.

What can cause this and how can it be fixed.

Yes, I am running:
Plesk version 12.0.18 Update #65, last updated at Sept 18, 2015 10:05 AM

The latest microupdate was applied and the server has since been rebooted. However we are still facing the Access is Denied errors while a backup is running
 
Have you tried

`%plesk_cli%\repair.exe` --repair-webspace-security -webspace-name example.com
