Issue Access is denied on Windows plesk files

Hello everyboby,

It's occurring the following problem with my Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 on Windows:

The worning bellow is showed on plesk backup.

Warning: domain "mydomain.com.br"
[2c2ba71e-5854-4982-9906-e7c666e7f8ed]: Unable to get attributes of the file C:\Inetpub\vhosts\maydomain.com.br\httpdocs\_foto\35180.jpg": Access is denied. The file will not be archived. [:83357216]

When I try access the permitions of file "35180.jpg" on Plesk File Maneger I have the follow error:

One file It's work and was create by plesk file manager and another is the error file uploaded by aplication.

did you consider to use the Plesk Repair Utility ( for example with the "fs" - option ) ?
