• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

a customer-login is blocked to access the controlpanel.
He tried more than 3 times with a wrong password to get access. After the 3 times the account was temporary blocked.

I am the admin and want to reactivate the account for the customer.
How or where can I do that?

Klaus

And if i don´t want to wait?
How are the entries (maybe in Plesk-DB)?

Klaus

Wait it out, I believe it either creates a cookie on the local computer or stores the username in the db as disabled. It will activate again, in 15-30.

To control the time, Log in as Admin, go to Server / Session Settings, there you can change the time it takes.
