• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Accessing Horde after domain transfer to another host?

Hi everyone,

I'm a web designer who was tasked with redesigning a website and moving it from a host running Plesk, to 1&1. However, in my haste to flip the switch by reassigning the domain DNS settings, I forgot that some of the site's users were using Horde to access their mail on the old host.

As it stands right now, the domains all point to 1&1, and as a result webmail.mysite.com can't be found. Is there any way to get to their emails, or are they lost? I'm not terribly competent with IT or sysadmin stuff, so dumbing-down or step-by-step guides would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric
