Repairing Plesk software even rebooting or shutting down then turning it back on doesn't work. This appears to be a bug so why it is doing this? if you have anything to fix this please tell me.

SOLUTION

Copy common_func.php3 from C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Install\070705.17\Plesk831.cab
to C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib
