Issue account locked

my server account (luca.servertools) is locked because i overuse the capacity.
but I cannot enter the site where I could correct the problem....
and in addition i cannot enter the site, where i can find the license key for the support...

please tell me , what to do as fast as possible or how to contact the support without a ticket id!! i am excited
