Account suspended because of expiration

Hi,
I have an account suspended because of expiration. I tried to change the expiration date to Unlimited or Value with another date but I always getting the error message that it cannot be changed without any reaosn.

Any help about this please? is there any way that I can change expiration date from SSH?
