Issue Acellemail is not working properly on Plesk 18

Hi,

I used plesk to host Acellemail application and I was able to set it up but after setting it up.
All the pages are not working. It keeps on buffering.

It is always complicated to answer such questions as "Something (usually third-party software) does not work for me on Plesk, please help!" When the questioner does not provide any details, logs, or research results of the problem. Believe me, we are not clairvoyants.
