Acronis: network username/password?

Hey guys,
I've just bought Acronis enterprise server and have installed it on my server 2003 web edition/plesk 8.6 system. I can't seem to do a network storage backup. Whenever I do it I get a "network username or password is incorrect"

My path is:

\\athena.pbs.local\backup

username: administrator or PBS\administrator
password: xxxxxx

Any ideas?
