Issue Activate Atomic Basic ModSecurity

When I am trying to activate Atomic Basic ModSecurity in Web Application Firewall, I am getting the following error:

Failed to install the ModSecurity rule set: modsecurity_ctl failed:
<urlopen error [Errno 110] Connection timed out> Unable to download tortix rule set

I have Plesk Onyx with Centos 7

No because I use Linux and Atomic Basic Security ruleset not Professional
