Resolved activate webmail

Regular Pleskian
I can not activate webmail in plesk onyx 17.5.3 tells me url not found, in previous versions and should have worked, it may be happening or I may be doing wrong.
 
Are you sure that DNS record for webmail is configured correctly and hostname webmail.domain.com is resolvable?
