add an additional IP to plesk?

Hi,

How do I add an additional IP to plesk? do I need to add it to windows first?

my server company has supplied me with a new IP but how do I add it?

IP Address: 12.34.567.890/32
Router Address: 12.34.567.891
Subnet: 255.255.255.255

when I try to add my IP in plesk I get

Error: Unable to create IP address. Unable to add ip <IP> with mask 255.255.255.255 to interface Public Interface, WMI error code 0x42
Check the network adapter settings on the "Public Interface" Properties dialog (Control Panel->Network Connections->Public Interface->Properties). Be sure to close the dialog before repeating the operation you tried to perform.

it turns out my ip / subnet was wrong.

looks like my isp gave me the wrong info.
