I was wondering if it's possible to add a custom cms to Plesk, and to pin other cls to main page

Could you be more specific on what your try to achieve exactly?

You have the ability to use CMS in plesk, and I wanted to add one which is not in the list (for the first thing) and suggest tant we can add other cms to the main cms page, where it suggest you WordPress and Joomla (pin suggestion)

It's not possible to add a application (like a CMS) to the list of applications that can be installed and managed directly from Plesk. Of course you can manually install any CMS you like on a domain.
