add-on Notification set limit box missing

When adding add-on like bandwidth or disk space there is no option for notification set limit . This is causing Plan based notification , which is very much lower then add-on added to subscription and we can not customize the same as that will lead unsync of subscription with Plan.

If there is way to resolve this issue , Kindly do let us know.
