Add SmarterTickets Server to relay to linux server

Basic Pleskian
I have SmarterTickets pointed to my Plesk 8.1.1 on my centOS machine. The SmarterTickets is on my windows machine. After I upgraded to 7.6 ST's email checking/sending stopped working. Permissions on the windows server fixed the checking. But now the CentOS machine wont relay the emails.

I get a
Apr 16 12:47:42 r6156 relaylock: /var/qmail/bin/relaylock: mail from <IP>:1152 (<host>)

How can I add the windows server to a trusted relayhost on the linux machine..

*Note, SmartTicket is set on SMTP authentication.. but still doesn't work...
