Issue Adding FTP Users do not work : connection closed/EOF error

Hello,

I am the administrator of the server.
I wanted to add ftp users to a domain for other people. I'm using the "add ftp users" page of Plesk, no problem.

But it's impossible to use the user created, in an FTP client it says there is a problem with the login/password or there is an EOF error.
Using SSH and sftp protocol, i have a connection closed response.

I'm sure it's because i can't grant the user i've created an access to SSH, because in Plesk you can only do that to the main user.

How i can do to have them works ?

Thanks for your answer. I will check that, but if it was a firewall issue, I won't be able to connect on the ftp with the main user ?
